Dear Friends,

We all enjoyed the wonderful concert series held at Julia's last summer. We had over 4000 people who attended the events. Due to Julia's 2007 Wedding schedule we are unable to host a 2007 Summer Concert Series. We regret not having them this year, however, we will be looking at the possibility of hosting future concert series.

Thank you for your understanding.

The Geezecats - July 2, 2006 - 5:00PM

Featuring the classic songs of the pre-Beatle days of the late '50s and early '60s -- the Golden Age of Rock 'n' Roll -- along with improv-style comedy which includes sight gags, one-liners, skits, bits, and costumes, this band is a "must see!" Authenticity is the key here. The doo wop hits of the Skyliners and the Diamonds sound like the Skyliners and the Diamonds. The Beach Boys tunes sound like the Beach Boys. The Four Seasons songs sound like the Four Seasons. And all this is presented in a stage package the likes of which we know you've not seen before unless you've seen The GeezeCats.

The act is staged on a theater set in front of a backdrop depicting a cozy apartment scene. With its glowing fireplace, cat family photos, robin's egg blue kitchen, distant dining room and curiously inviting staircase, it creates a truly unique setting for the show. On the set, The GeezeCats are seated amongst their stage props, which include rocking chairs, stools, end tables with lamps, and their various wigs, whistles, bells, and other accessories used in the show.

Beatles Tribute: "Come Together" - July 9, 2006

This Band portrays the Beatles from 1964-1966 the touring years. ¡°Come Together¡± recreates the early Beatles concerts with identical costumes and equipment. Songs from ¡°I Want to Hold Your Hand¡± to ¡°I¡¯m Down¡± played with Vox amps and Rickenbacker guitars made famous by the Beatles. The look and sound is uncanny. If you missed them in 1964, you must see ¡°Come Together¡± a Tribute to the Beatles today.

The band consists of James Willaman as George Harrison, Chad Saylor as Paul McCartney, Stephen Marks as Ringo and Bill Kropinak as John Lennon. Bill Kropinak has been performing as John Lennon in various Beatle tribute bands for 20 years. Bill has performed in Atlantic City¡¯s Trump Plaza, the Atlantic City Hilton Casino (which included a reenactment, sponsored by Continental Airlines, of the Beatles landing in Atlantic City) and has performed with such names as Davy Jones of the Monkees, the Shangri-La¡¯s, The Edsels, just to name a few.

Ron Howard & Cruisin'

While being noted primarily for its Motown renditions, the band Cruisin's repertoire by no means stops there. The hits of Al Green, Sly & The Family Stone, The O'Jays, Van Morrison, The Temptations, Santanna, and others are consistently performed with a flare and style second only to that of the original artists.

The band Cruisin' is the blood, sweat and tears of Ron Howard, lead singer, sax player, and founder. Currently, Ron arranges music for Cruisin' in addition to acting as their booking agent. His goal, in his over 25 years in the music profession, has been to be the best entertainer possible, and to give the audiences great quality music.

To say the least, this is not your typical "let's put it together and play on weekends" group. This is a dedicated group of professionals with a strong following in a 5-state region.

Gayle started playing guitar at the age of 13. By her junior year in high school she began studying classical guitar at Youngstown State University. Her university studies continued at the North Carolina School of the Arts under the direction of Maestro Jesus Silva (pronounced ¡®Hay-soos¡¯). During those years she had the honor of meeting and performing for Maestro Andres Segovia who is widely considered the father of the classical guitar, in a Master Class setting. She graduated from the N.C. School of the Arts with a bachelor of music degree and went into The Artist in Residence program for the N.C. Arts Council.

After several years in that program, Gayle began performing in various bands touring the Carolinas and South-Eastern coast. In the late 80¡¯s Gayle moved back to the Youngstown area and has continued to perform in many diverse situations. Gayle says, ¡°Music has always been and, with good fortune, will always be an inspirational joy, challenge, and outlet of expression throughout my short stay on this planet. My guitar has been a friend, an adversary, and a comfort to me for as long as I can remember.¡±
