Julia's Musician Price List as of January 1, 2005

Dinners for two, Parties, Weddings, Receptions and Special Occasions
All of the musicians that are listed below have been reviewed and screened to meet Julia's high standard of excellence. All arrangements are made through Julia's and require a 50% deposit at time of booking and signed contract to secure the date. Once the date is secured the balance of the contract must be paid 30 days in advance. There is no cancellation of the agreement. Prices are subject to change until time of booking.

1) John Gabriele (2005 pricing):

John is a Strolling Accordion player and stationary Synthesized Accordion player. His music is perfect for parties and dinners for two. Mr. Gabriele plays the Standard Accordion and Synthesized Accordion. His music selections are from the 30 and 40's with current standards and specializing in Italian and Irish music.
Monday-Thursday's 2 hours $125 and 3 hours $175, 4 hours $225.
Friday- Sunday's 2 hours $150 and 3 hours $225, 4 hours $295.

2) Elizabeth Bannon Strolling Accordion or Piano (2005 pricing)

Available 7 days rates are for 2-1/2 hours.
1 Piece Strolling Accordion or Sit down Piano $225
2 Piece Accordion and Violin $300
3 Piece to include Bass Fiddle $400.

3) Walden Players, Bob Fitzer: YSU Professor and Professional Musician (2005/06).

Mr. Fitzer provides various group formats for the needs of your event. The groups consist of Strings, Brass and Woodwinds. The dress code is appropriate for the occasion with Tuxedo's worn for Weddings.
Weddings: For weddings the various ensembles contract for a minimum of two hours which consists of set up time, 30 minutes of Prelude music (before the ceremony to escort guests to their seats) and about one hour of music for the recessional, wedding ceremony, recessional and post prelude music. Additional time is available and noted in the pricing schedule.

Duo can be of the following four choices:
1) Violin and Flutist
2) Violin and Cello
3) Flutist and Cello
4) Violin and Clarinet
Prices are 2 hours for $300 and each additional hour $125.

Trio can consist of the following three groupings:
1) Violin, Cello, and Clarinet
2) Two trumpets and a trombone
3) trumpet, French horn and trombone
Prices are 2 hours for $500 and each additional hour $175

Quartets may be chosen from the following two groupings:
1) Three strings and woodwind
2) two trumpets French horn and trombone
Prices are 2 hours for $625 and each additional hour $175.

Quintets consist of the following four groupings:
1) Two trumpets, French horn, trombone and tuba
2) Two violins, Viola, cello, and string base
3) Flute, Oboe, clarinet, Bassoon and French horn
4) A mixed quintet of 2 violins, oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, and French horn
Prices are 2 hours at $750 and each additional hour for $250.

4) “Edelweiss” lead by Natalie Biller (2005 pricing):

“Edelweiss” is a Quintet consisting of 4 woodwinds and a String Bass. They play classical, light classical, standard, traditional, folk songs and current popular music for weddings and any type of event.
The price is $450 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $ 250.

5) Jacks or Better Contact Ray Pelyhes (2005 pricing)

Barbershop Quartet sings: Ethnic and Theme music, Standards,
and popular music. Great for parties, and special occasions
30 minutes $125 and 60 Minutes $225.

6) Rocky Chirchigla (2005 pricing):

Rocky features Standards, Ballads, and Italian Music.
Trio: Guitar or Organ, Bass and Drummer. $550 for 3 hours
Quartet: Trio with Accordion for $650 for 3 hours.
Strolling Guitar or Accordion 2-1/2 to 3 hours $350

7) Gayle George: (One Woman…One Band) (2005 pricing)

Gayle is a musician who has written and performed all of the tracks in her show. She combines the sequenced tracks with her live guitar, sax, harmonica, and of course vocal performances throughout the evening. You will be amazed at the incredible music this one musician, with the wizardry of technology has created, ranging from the powerful to the subtly beautiful. Gayle is also able to switch hats during her show and become a DJ who knows how to keep the wedding or party going in any direction you want it to go. Her enthusiasm and expertise are apparent. She genuinely enjoys what she is doing. The concept behind the development of her show was to create a unique blend of live music and recorded favorites. In an effort to accommodate as many musical tastes and needs as possible to satisfy clients who love live music, but want the flexibility of a DJ. Gayle can provide all of this at a cost that is less than the expense of hiring even a small band since she is “One Woman…One Band”.
3 hours $450 and each additional 1/2 hour $60
Any special music is also additional and depends on the complexity
of the sequencing.
Wedding Vocalist with accompaniment $225
Wedding Vocalist (client provides accompanist). $175
Classical guitarist - minimum $225

8) Kirk Kupensky: Harpist over 20 Years Experience (2005/06 Pricing)

Whether it is for a wedding, luncheon or other private function, nothing surpasses the beauty of live harp music. A 21 year veteran of the Harp, Kirk's repertoire includes classical as well as popular standards to fit a wide range of occasions. His music has been heard in some of the areas finest establishments, as well as numerous 5 star resorts.

Wedding ceremony: include half hour prelude music before the start of the ceremony, any/all service music (i.e. Processional, Recessional or any place desired within the ceremony.) Price does not include accompanying a soloist of any kind. $300.
Hourly Rates (for receptions, private dinners, etc.)
First Hour $200
Second Hour (and each hour thereafter) $150
All hourly rates reflect use of amplification if deemed necessary.

9) Nancy Patterson: Harpist and Soloist

Wedding ceremony: include half hour prelude music before the start of the ceremony, any/all service music (i.e. Processional, Recessional or any place desired within the ceremony.) Price does not include accompanying a soloist of any kind. $295.

10) Bobby Remp: Vocal Entertainer, over 30 years experience (2005 Pricing)

Receptions, parties and other occasions: Sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Anglebera, Bobby Venton and more.
3 hours: $350.
4 hours: $450.
